Kinn connects to all of the communities and marketplaces where you sell games. This includes common gaming platforms such as Steam, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Reddit, and more. Our tool collects and monitors conversations, reviews, and discussions to figure out what players are discussing the most.
We don't require an annual agreement. However, you can save 20% on your subscription if you opt to renew annually.
Credits are consumed every time you run a query or automation. Depending on how much data was analyzed, credit use will vary. The best way to understand your expected credit usage is to start on a simple tier, use Kinn as you would normally, and see how many credits you have used or need by the end of the billing cycle.
Your credit usage is always viewable from any screen. But if you go over, you'll get prompted that your query will not complete. From there you can opt to add additional credits, or wait until they renew with the next billing cycle.
Sometimes studios prefer to have an internal tool where players can enter feedback. If you use a custom tool like this, Kinn can ingest this data alongside our standard integrations once we have the required permissions.
All payments are processed through our payment partner, Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, and business plans can pay via invoice.
There is no limit on what platforms you connect. Once connected, you can control what type of content to index. For example, Discord allows you to select which channels you would like Kinn to listen to.
You can cancel at anytime by navigating to Settings>Billing. From there you can close your account, and you'll have access until the billing cycle expires.
We offer a 14-day free trial for all games. Once this trial expires, you can activate your account by entering billing information or contacting us.
