Kinn connects to all of the communities and marketplaces where you sell games. This includes common gaming platforms such as Steam, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Reddit, and more. Our tool collects and monitors conversations, reviews, and discussions to figure out what players are discussing the most.
We don't require an annual agreement. However, you can save 25% on your subscription if you opt to renew annually.
Every piece of content that comes in through your connected platforms (Reddit, Discord, Steam, etc) gets an anonymous user ID attached to it. Each ID counts as 1 contributor. That profile can contribute as much or as little content each month. It's a good indicator of how many people are generally talking about your game.
We will automatically continue indexing new content even if you exceed your contributor quota. Additional buckets of 10,000 contributors can be added to the Basic and Pro plans for $50.
Sometimes studios prefer to have an internal tool where players can enter feedback. If you use a custom tool like this, Kinn can ingest this data alongside our standard integrations once we have the required permissions.
All payments are processed through our payment partner, Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, and enterprise plans can pay via invoice.
There is no limit on what platforms you connect. Once connected, you can control what type of content to index. For example, Discord allows you to select which channels you would like Kinn to listen to.
Contact us to cancel your subscription. You will be able to use Kinn until your billing cycle has ended.
We offer a 14-day free trial for all games. Once this trial expires, you can activate your account by entering billing information or contacting us.
