By accessing or using Kinn (“Service”), provided by WASD Corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Kinn provides web-based feedback analytics and tools to support game studios in building more effective video games.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Access to Kinn is provided on a paid subscription basis starting at $15/month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
You may only track and analyze games that you or your organization own. We reserve the right to verify ownership before allowing data tracking. Misrepresentation of ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access.

We guarantee 90% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages. Support is available via email at support@kinn.gg, 24 hours a day.
All content and software associated with the Service are the property of WASD Corporation or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to the platform and data may be revoked.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WASD Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boise, Idaho.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via the platform or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
